Sleep Education As a necessity
Dr. Landeo-Gutierrez is the founder of Sleep Ed MD. His passion for sleep education is driven by the recognition of significant disparities in awareness concerning sleep health. From infancy through the elderly years, he has witnessed the profound consequences inadequate sleep can have on individuals. Moreover, there is a significant shortage of sleep medicine specialists, with Dr. Landeo-Gutierrez being one of only 350 board-certified pediatric sleep medicine specialists in the United States.
With an unwavering commitment, Dr. Landeo-Gutierrez advocates for spreading sleep health awareness across various spheres— from individuals and families to academic settings of all levels, healthcare providers, and organizations. Sleep Ed MD is dedicated to making a positive impact by empowering communities with the knowledge and tools necessary to prioritize and enhance their sleep, ultimately positively contributing to overall well-being.
